I been doing the Medifast diet since September 01, 2012 and I Love it. I'm losing weight by eating 5 Medifast meal a day, I feel healthy, full of energy and of course can fit in smaller size clothes. I been struggling to lose weight and tried so many diets that just didn't work, so when they talked to me about medifast I was very skeptical but my coach looked so healthy and slim that made me tried one more diet. I'm glad I tried it because it seems that this is the only diet that it's really working for me. I suggest everyone to go for it, try it for at least 1 month-you won't regret it. Amanda Ruiz
